@jackiehartlaub: simple chuck roast 🥩🔥 obviously you can add all sorts of veggies, spices, herbs ect but I love making a simple version at the beginning of the week to use for different meals 😋 All you need is - 2-4lb boneless chuck roast - salt - pepper - garlic powder - 32oz container beef broth - any kind of oil 1. Cut roast into 4-6 equal size pieces 2. Coat liberally in oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder 3. Heat up Dutch oven before adding butter and oil on medium heat 4. Sear each side of beef until golden brown crust develops (will take time) 5. Remove fat and burnt bits from pot 6. Add in beef broth and Chuck roast and transfer to oven 7. Bake on 350° for 3-4 hours or until Chuck roast is tender and can shred with fork Notes : - keep chuck roast covered if you are setting to the side after searing - be careful opening lid after its been in the oven - store left overs in the remaining liquid to stay moist (i like to reheat the chuck roast in its own fat) So easy and delicious. If you guys try it tag me so I can see 😍
