@fitgreenmind: BEST VEGAN GRAVY 😋 This is the perfect addition to all kind of festive and hearty meals, the best thing: it’s super easy to make! 🥰 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (4-5 servings, 20min prep time): -1 onion -2 cloves garlic -1 carrot -150g mushrooms Roughly chop everything and fry in a little oil for 5-8mins. -2 Tbsp tomato paste -2 Tbsp flour Stir it in -1/4 cup (60ml) red wine Deglaze the pot with it -2 cups (500ml) water -1 Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp mustard -2 bay leaves -1 Tsp thyme -salt and pepper to taste -a pinch of sugar Let it simmer 10-15mins. Strain through a sieve. Heat the sauce up again to let it thicken a bit more. - BESTE VEGANE BRATENSAUCE 😋 Das ist die perfekte Ergänzung für alle Arten von festlichen und herzhaften Gerichten, das Beste: es ist super einfach zuzubereiten! looks lovely, but deglazing on a nonstick pan isn't going to work. I usually roast the veggies on a steel pan in the oven and then deglaze.

Anstatt die Lorbeerblatt (oder andere größere Gewürze) so in den Topf zu tun einfach in Teebeutel packen dann muss man das nicht absieben u d kann den Beuten einfach wegschmeißen
