My ONE pot zuppa Toscano! This is a favorite for us and many others after they try it! Now you can make it too! This works for an @instantpotofficial or if you have a @ninjakitchen 11-1 like me! My ninja is a 6.5 qt. So if you have a smaller one you can split the recipe in half. What you will need: 4-6 potatoes (add more if you like potatoes) Half a medium onion 2 @jimmydean hot sausage A bag of kale 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2- 32 oz chicken STOCK (not broth) Salt and pepper to season Steps: 1. Cut up the potatoes into small cubes. 2. Dice onions 3. Sauté the onions and sausage 4. Season the sausage with salt and pepper (I add in about a TSP of salt and pepper here) 5. Add the potatoes on top 6. Pour in all the chicken stock 7. Pressure cook for 25 minutes 8. Quick Release the pressure 9. Add in the heavy whipping cream 10. Taste it to see if it needs more salt and pepper 11. Add in kale and mix it up 12. VERY IMPORTANT! Hit pressure and only let it preheat for 10 mins from when you hit start (less if you want harder kale) 13. Enjoy!!
