Thank you yg udah join live kita.. you are the best 💋✨💋✨💋 Ingredients Dough:  - 125 gr high pro flour  - 1/8 tsp salt  - 1.5 tbsp vegeteble oil  - 80 ml of warm water  - 2 cups oil for soaking Filling:  - 1 pack instant noodles  (Optionally you can use curry flavor  Or spicy Korean instant noodles)  - 200 gr chicken thigh fillet (minced)  - 3 cloves of garlic (minced)  - 1 tsp chicken bouillon  - 1/2 tsp sugar  - 1-2 tsp curry powder  - 1 tsp chili powder  - 2 tsp pepper  - 1/2 onion coarsely chopped  - 4 stalks of scallion/leek, thinly sliced  - 8 chives, slices  - 1 stalk of finely chopped coriander leaves  - 6 eggs Sauce:  - 3 tbsp chili sauce  - 1 tablespoon cornstarch  - 2 tbsp sugar  - 1 tsp bouillon  - 150 ml of water Pickle:  - 1 cucumber (diced)  - 1/2 carrot (diced)  - 3 cloves of shallots  - 5 green chillies  - 2 tbsp sugar  - 1 tbsp vinegar  - 1/4 tsp salt  - 1/2 cup ice water How to make The dough  - mix flour and salt  - Mix water and oil  - knead the two ingredients   - divide into 3 equal parts @ 70gr  - round the dough and soak in oil  - rest for 30 minutes - 1 hour How to make pickles:  - mix all  - add ice water, set aside in the fridge How to make the sauce:  - mix all ingredients, mix well  - cook low heat until thickened  - set aside How to make filling:  - heat oil, saute garlic   until fragrant  - cook the minced chicken  - add seasonings  - Boil instant noodles for 2 minutes, drain and mix the noodles with the spices  - mix the noodles with the chicken filling,set aside Making martabak:  - mix 1-2 eggs, 2 tablespoons chicken noodle mixture, 1 tbsp onion, leek, chives, cilantro  - heat the oil at 200C in a martabak pan  - thinly flatten the dough  - fry thin dough in the hot oil  - pour the filling over the skin  - fold skin, and flip  - Fry until cooked and golden brown  - cut into 4 serve with pickles and sauce #hw#hwc_markisakw#hwc_martabaktelora#martabaka#martabaktelorartabaktelur
