Whether you continue to stick to your normal calorie intake, go totally off the rails or do something in between is completely up to you. It's not up to me to tell you what you "should" do since that all depends on your own goals, preferences and lifestyle. But just be aware that it takes roughly a 3500 calorie surplus to gain one pound of actual body fat, and net fat gain will be a product of your average calorie intake for the week and month as a whole, NOT "good" and "bad" days of eating in isolation. So do with that information what you will, and also remember that increases in scale weight are not indications of pure fat gain - water weight, glycogen and simply having more food in your system in general all contribute as well. #Fitness #gym #diet #weightloss
