@cydniechanel: ๐น๐ฒ๐ด ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐คธ๐ฝโโ๏ธ(save for later) before you workout, it is vital that you stretch and perform some mobility work. these are some of my favourite stretches/movements that I incorporate into my training focusing on my core, including my hips, lower back and abs. an effective warm-up routine will improve how you move and perform certain exercises, prevent injury, and support an overall functional body.
