While they’re great for snacking just on their own, I especially love using them on cheeseboards, in salads, or on top of desserts. They also make the perfect homemade holiday gift! Just package them up in a pretty glass jar and tie a festive ribbon around the top. They’re a total crowd pleaser. Ingredients 2 egg whites 2 tbsp water 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups sugar 1.5 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp cinnamon 2 pounds pecans Preheat oven to 250°. Whisk together egg whites, water, and vanilla extract until foamy. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Coat pecans in the egg white mixture, then toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Spread out on a couple of sheet pans and bake for an hour, turning every 15 minutes.
