Rotoscope yourself, using the Refine Edges brush to perfect the masking, especially around the hair. 3. Track the mask and check the result. 4. Freeze frame. 5. Do a screen recording while editing, taking notes, or checking the calendar. 6. Create a new comp with the screen recording. 7. Drag the comp into your main composition. 8. Make it a 3D layer. 9. Change the blending mode to screen. 10. Position the screen recording realistically in 3D space. 11. Ensure the rotoscope layer is all the way on top. 12. To spice things up, add the built-in glow effect or the one from Red Giant. 13. Create a screen pop-up by setting the anchor point close to your device. 14. Keyframe the scale from 0 to 100. 15.
