Make them for yourself and loved ones over the holiday season this year and thank me later 😜. #gamechanger Recipe⬇️⬇️⬇️ Blueberry Compote 1 pint blueberries 1 piece star anise 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar 2 pieces Lemon zest 2 pieces orange zest 1/4 cup water Mix all ingredients together in a small pan. Bring up to a simmer on a medium heat. Once boiling remove from heat and allow to cook to room temperature. Pancake Batter, Dry; 2 cups flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 pinch of salt Wet; 2 cups buttermilk 1 stick melted butter unsalted 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 1 orange zested (optional) Add your wet ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Then add your dry ingredients to the wet and slowly whisk them until they are fully combined and no large lumps. Preheat a medium size skillet and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow to melt and then add 4oz of batter. Cook on medium to low heat and be patient. Don’t flip until the bubbles start to form on the back of the pancake. Remove once golden brown on both sides.
