It has and always will be my favorite pudding of all time Ingredients Sticky toffee pudding: * 175g pitted dates, roughly chopped * 1 tsp coffee granules * 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda * 175g softener butter * 100g dark muscovado sugar * 2 eggs * 100ml any type of milk * 175g self-raising flour Caramel sauce: * 150ml double cream * 100g dark muscovado sugar * 75g lightly salted butter Serve warm with custard or vanilla ice cream Bake for 35mins or until golden and risen at 180C or 350F
