@dk_dreamhouse: Note: do not use powertools at night (unless of course an importlant install is happening the next morning that relies on using said powertools at night) The balcony saga continues! We thought this cap would be such an easy removal, but the elaborate flashing had other plans. In the end, the new custom cap looks so gorgeous, it was worth all the head scratching! Another side note, it was so easy and great working with metal fabricators! We were so intimidated by the idea, but in the end one of the smoothest processes we have had. So impressed with their work!
