In this cost of living crisis, I am not paying 4 entire pounds for my cheese to be mouldy😂🥲 what if I had travelled by car and couldn’t afford to pay the petrol to travel back and get a new cheese.?

had the same in tesco ,they gave me a refund and replaced the cheese as a good will gesture 🙂

If the individual store refused to give you any type of refund you can take it up with a head office They will surely give you a voucher to spend

If you lived far away you could have phoned to speak to the manager, they take a note and your bring it back for a swap/ refund next time
