Little Lane’s & Thangs :
@Little Lane’s & Thangs: That looks like a great stretch, but can I share a quick warning with you about yoga? A lot of people just see it as exercise, but historically, the poses were designed to open you up to Eastern spiritualities and different gods, which can accidentally open doors to spiritual things that aren't safe. I know you're just looking for peace and relaxation, but that’s actually what led me to Jesus. We don't have to do any rituals or try to empty our minds to find true peace. Even though we don't deserve His love, Jesus already did everything for us on the cross! The Bible says if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Have you ever thought about faith that way? Come to Jesus
