@vannisaterala: Part 165. Parmesan Mashed Potatoes with Confir Garlic. Direction 5 medium size potatoes 1 cup heavy cream or milk 1 stick butter 1/2 cup grated Parmesan ( or more) 1 tbsp salt ( to boil potatoes) Salt and pepper to taste 8-10 cloves confit garlic ( recipe on page) Directions 1. Wash and peel your potatoe. You’ll want to keep it in big chunks to avoid watery potatoes. 2. Add the 1 tbsp of salt to a pot of water. 3. Boil until fork tender then drain. Use a ricer to mash your potatoes for a lump free mixture. If you do not have a ricer a regular masher will do beautifully. 4. Preheat the oven to 375. Cut your butter into small chunks to melt quickly. Mash your confit garlic cloves and add it in. Stir to mix. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then cream. Sprinkle the cheese on top evenly. 6.
