@jellyeatsfood: It’s been hard finding good jjajangmyeon in Singapore so when Paik’s noodle opened, I’ve been wanting to try it. However, long queues pile up especially during lunch hour. I finally got to go down on a weekday at 2pm (thank goodness they open throughout the day), so I finally got a seat without queuing. The jjajangmyeon was super saucy and flavourful. Filled with onions, pork, and black beans, the sauce so savory, sweet and just so authentic. It reminds me so much of the jjajangmyeon I had during my trip to Korea last year. Overall: 9/10 Must try for thier jjajangmyeon.
