@abed5sa: Dar Al Madinah Museum is located +-11km from Masjid Nabawi. It features miniature exhibits that focus on the history of Madinah, in particular from the time of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and current times. Tickets cost 25 SAR per person. There are free tour guides that speak a variety of languages including English, Arabic, Urdu and Malay. Guides can be requested at the ticket counter. There’s tons of Islamic history to be soaked up in this small museum. For us, it was worth the visit because of the valuable knowledge and insight we received from the guides, who walked us through most of the exhibits, including the expansions of Masjid Nabawi.
