I’m using Castor oil, massaged in then wrap my hair. Next shampoo, rinse with Rosemary oil. The fibers are a temporary fix. Oh, and Biotin supplements

I style and spray and you’re good to go. It will rub off on your hands, but it washes off. No problem in the rain.
