@andreamarcellusofficial: You could save money and stress by bringing any of these items from home. But it’s awesome to see that rest stops are catching on: we’re over snacks that are all sugar or salt and leave us feeling bloated & weary by the time we get to our destination. Keep your eye on the prize - which sharing home-cooked or fun restaurant meals with family and friends. Plan to eat as closely as possible to how you normally eat for low value meals on the drive, so you can then feed your soul and eat what you want later (in energy appropriate portions) at higher value meals with higher quality foods. Even if foods are less beneficial, when they are made with better quality ingredients (and love) they will feel better in your body and be less bloating and inflammatory. I did lots of foods on best choices at fast food. Restaurants as well. Check those out if you need more ideas!
