I did that the other night. just lay down the parm, sprinkled with danos, cut the baby potatoes in half after boiling and lay them on the parm then

Maybe put the potatoes on the bottom then your toppings. But I’m no chef so don’t take my advice. Love the dan O’s but our local stores don’t have the preem-o or the crunchy can’t wait to try them
