@uthika_naidu: I live for my husband's trifle, and it makes me sad that I have to wait 364 days to have it again 💔 I've eaten many trifles in many homes, but this one... this one is the GOAT! Ingredients : 1 trifle loaf (woolies) 2 litres Ultramel custard 3 packs of cherry jelly 200g pecan nuts 2 cans dessert cream 1 can peach slices (reserve the juices) 2 small Peppermint crisp chocolate Method : 1. Make the jelly as per the instructions the night before (christmas eve eve). Allow to set in the fridge. 2. Layer the peach slices. 3. Slice the trifle loaf and add one layer. 4. Drizzle over some of the peach slice syrup. 5. Jelly. 6. Custard. 7. Chopped pecan nuts. 8. Grated Peppermint crisp. 9. Repeat those layers. 10. Top with the dessert cream. 11. Pecan nuts and grated chocolate. Chill overnight.
