Hashis and celiac here! I got bloodwork done that comprised of an autoimmune test and then a three part blood test for celiac. You need an endoscopy to double confirm.

I did blood work at primary due to GI being on a 6 month waiting list . Results off the charts and later GI said definitely Celiac and no need for endoscopy

My mom was diagnosed with Silent Celiac, they said it’s a lot worse because the only symptoms you notice is an unset stomach/bloated/heartburn etc.

Went to an allergy specialist thinking it was a food allergy. She suggested the celiac test. It came back positive. Then the endoscopy to confirm it. Try to get both test as quickly as possible.
