7-10 I think the mask should be more 3-D (maybe air dry clay?) and there should be like a corset or belt, but overall I like it !!

10!!it looks soso amazing!! i would try to sew the puppets buttons on the shirt if you can, and maybe wear a skirt over the petticoat!! but ofc thats only if u wanna!! itll look good either way!! :)
