Easy rule, the ball is spotted as close as it can be to where it was before, it’s still the players shot that shot the 7ball.

You can only foul on the cue ball. 8 ball needs to be returned to as close as possible to the original spot.

Player B loses because it falls in after he has shot his 7 ball. If it falls in before he shoots and it’s been at least 1 minute since player A had shot and missed, then it must be spot on the dot.

It’s actually not a loss. The ball stayed up for longer than 10 seconds. Also, the 7 ball was shot prior to the 8 falling. Put the 8 back up roughly where it was.

Once a ball stops it cannot move again. APA says it goes back to where it was. Shooter B gets to shoot the 8.

spot it up as close to where it was as you can. it's like golf, after a certain time has passed, I think it's like 8 seconds. it doesn't count. unless he hit the table like you did
