@itsmarianova: Healthy vegan 5 minute choc fudge truffle🍫✨ Oh em gee, these gluten free and vegan choc truffles are SOO fudgy, rich, and delicious. Think choc fudge x a truffle: the most perfect combination. The best part about them, they take MINIMAL effort and only 5 ingredients 🫣 Ingredients; - 6 squares of dark chocolate (I use pico) - 2 tbsp of coconut sugar - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 cup coconut cream - 1/4 cup tahini - Cacao powder for dusting Directions; - using the double boiler method, melt your chocolate and coconut sugar together (trying not to burn it) - Add the rest of the ingredients in and put in the freezer for approximately 1 hour - Once the mixture is frozen, remove and shape into balls (this may be sticky, but I tried to use my finger tips as opposed to my whole hand) - Roll in cacao powder and store in the freezer!
