It's the same in my little part of Canada. I'm on the west coast, I drive 15 more minutes to Home Depot for better service.

I also live approximately seven minutes from Home Depot but I drive back to Cleveland to Menards I like their wood selection is it nicer

Me too but from an asethetic angle Lowe’s carrys better products. So when it has to look nice that’s where I go.

Depends on locations current manger and their style of management, service starts at the top. Different name, different location, different service.

100% agree. I once stopped a Lowe’s employee to ask a question. They told me it wasn’t their department and walked away. I went to Home Depot
