My highschool requires a fine arts credit to graduate so it includes art as well as instruments and stuff. It definitely helped me a lot getting through the day

I SUCK AT ART AND ART CLASSES HAVEN’T HELPED AT ALL (last one was in 6th grade, in 8th right now) I LOVED drawing so much, but I am mostly self taught. Mental health would be so helpful for so many1/?

💯. Many schools don’t priirotize these subjects because of standardized testing and focusing on the data rather than the student’s needs
