been doing that for years, whenever I rince my rice I use it for plants and my planted tanks. Always had good growth but not sure if it was the rise water or not.

Some of white rice in the stores you’ll see are “enriched,” they have a bunch of minerals and trace minerals. This makes sense. Not sure what the amounts of them are though.
