Grind that collar off the delivery valves and it’ll flow more diesel, did this to my om617 and it would chooch like a mf

I would drop your fuel tank and clean it and clean out all the fuel lines

My friend did a diesel golf conversion to gas, he spent 3 months and couldn’t get it to start, turns out it was a ground wire on the ecm he forgot, I found it by accident. Never seen someone so happy.

how the hell did you get fuel to flow , in the end of the pump is the shutoff valve , if there is no +12v then it should not send fuel to the injectors !?

I wonder if this engine has adjustable valves like mercedes 300D OM617. If it has they need adjustment before compression test. Othervise the compression suffers
