here i show you the progress i made in only my first 5 months of lifting. the pics are from a few years ago, but i’m using them to make a point about newbie gains. of course, not everybody will respond exactly the same and genetics play a role of course.  and everybody starts from a different point too, but you will still make tons of progress at the beginning. if you put the work in and lock in your training, sleep, and nutrition (you MUST eat a lot if you’re starting from being skinny like i did) you will see the best results possible. i can go more into detail about how you can achieve your personal best results if anybody would like me to! ask whatever you’d like to know! i made this page not to be about me or my lifting necessarily (as you can tell from my other videos too ), but instead, to help others reach their fitness goals. with so much confusing or straight up wrong information out there about fitness, my goal is to be another source of honest, transparent, and science based information. i know there’s some guys who do this type of thing already on here, but it doesn’t hurt to have another person who can do the same. this is what i’m passionate about and my goal is to be as authentic and real with you guys as possible. no overproduced mega influencer content or saying things with ulterior motives - ever, even if i somehow got a lot of followers. feel free to comment or tag me in videos with questions (ask me anything!) and i will answer all of them to the best of my ability. i made this account about a month ago, so if you’re new here, welcome! and if you follow, you’ll be one of my first 1000 followers! #fitnesstips #gymmotivation #newbiegains #greenscreen
