Ingredients: 2 large zucchinis 1⁄2 cup (120ml) tomato sauce 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 cup (225g) mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. 2. Now Cut the zucchini into 1⁄4 inch thick slices and arrange them on the baking sheet. 3. Top the zucchini slices with tomato sauce, oregano, and cheese. 4. Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the zucchini is tender. 5.
