@sabssfit: High protein chicken gnocchi soup recipe🍲 #ad this one is for my soup girlies🤍 Ingredients: 3-4 boneless chicken breasts 16oz cauliflower gnocchi 1/2 white onion 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 cup shredded carrot 1 tbsp olive oil 4 cups low sodium chicken broth Salt and pepper 2 cups whole milk (I used @twinbrookcreamery because of the A2 protein in their milk! 🐮 * I used @twinbrookcreamery because their milk has a high proportion of A2 casein protein! A2 protein is a small genetic variant of casein and is typically found in Jersey cows - which Twinbrook uses! Research suggests that A2 protein may be easier on the gut, reducing the symptoms associated with lactose intolerance while still providing the high-quality protein we love in milk. Directions: * Cut all your veggies and cook/shred your chicken breast * Add oil to your pot with veggies and garlic * Saute 3 min * Add in your chicken, broth, and salt &pepper * Boil and let simmer 10 min * Slowly stir in milk and spinach for 2 min * Serve/garnish with cilantro
