I don't kno what sleep is I have screaming nightmares n I believe it's real then it's a panic attack and a fit.i have my TV on can't have silence.i feel like I'm going nutz

yes I've had this happen also waking to hear knocking on the door but no one there but it will be whilst my ptsd is heightened at the time x
