Saline is better since the leakage would be obvious not silent and it wouldn’t cause granuloma and fibrosis.

My moms saline implant popped and she didn’t notice until she got a revision. I think It’s because all the scar tissue from her reconstruction after the cancer like held the shape? Is that possible?

Recently had two broken silicon, it wasnt a pin hole it was more like an egg shell… cracked all the way up one size…. Silicon everywhere
