My grandpa has dementia as well and asks about his recently deceased son often. Grandma is always around and fully aware of things. Not easy to deal with, wishing strength to your family 🙏🏻

my nan had dementia and she would flick from different time periods in her life we found it best to roll with it it gave her comfort to think for fleeting moments that my dad was her husband then 10 m

I can totally relate! My grandma suffers from dementia and can’t retain current information. Her memory is stuck back when she was much younger! 🙏🏼
