Some fill the primary & then the secondary. Changing the decadent filter would affect both sides 🙄

fyi alot of truck have dual tank and the check valve is in the center of the tanks.

It’s always the air dryer on a peterbilt. Might well keep one in the sleeper with you at all times lol

you could have just turned the check pressure valve at the bottom inline with that hose unscrew 1/4 turn
