Recipe: Miso soup (Tonjiru) Ingredients • any root vegetables • thinly sliced pork (meat can be substituted or left out) • 500ml water • 3 tbsps UMAMI Sauce • 1.5 tbsps miso Method In your Kimono Mom Donabe, add the UMAMI Sauce to the water, add your vegetables and meat and simmer.
