@workeatplaylove: Glitter Rose Champagne Jello Shots ✨🎊 ✨SAVE FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE✨ Definitely an upgrade from the jello shots I had in undergrad, these glitter champagne jello shots are so pretty and taste just as good as they look. They’re super easy to make and so fun to eat. I included some blueberries in mine to add an extra pop of flavour. For a non-alcoholic version, I exclude the champagne and replace it with juice. My kids love it 😬 Ingredients: 1 cup rose champagne (or other sparkling wine) 3/4 cup boiling water 1/4 cup ginger ale 2 packets of unflavored gelatin 2 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Blueberries & edible glitter (optional, for garnish) How to make it: Sprinkle the gelatin over the boiling water. Stir continuously until the gelatin dissolves completely. Add sugar to the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Add the champagne and ginger ale. Mix. Lightly grease your mold or individual shot glasses with cooking spray. If desired, drop in a few blueberries for garnish. Carefully pour the mixture into the molds or shot glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the shots are fully set. Add some edible glitter.
