This a joke :
I need higher pay. I could do tech and make 200k a year with a 4 year. Or a carpenter at 60. It’s not worth enough

I'm young and a Diesel Apprentice but the problem I find is alot of the older guys just don't want to teach or mentor or they teach wrong on purpose

The only problem is no one has the patience for a complete noob in construction, you mess up and they rage at you instead of teaching.

Went to trade school for electrical. Applied to every company in my area and nobody would hire without experience so I gave up on it

Plumbers don’t make more than electricians, and hvac techs tend to be in a similar range as electricians
