On a mission to try out this legendary soufflé Thai omelette and was featured on Michelin bib gourmand due to its special cooking technique to make this dish but yet still affordable to dine in. To make a reservation, you can either contact them via Instagram @samlor.bkk or you need to download the app LINE(similar to whatsapp) and add them with the username (samlor.bkk) They will send you all details you need to make a reservation and dinner usually have two seatings at 6pm or 8pm. 📍Samlor Bangkok ⏰ Wednesday - Monday 6pm-11pm 🔖 Reservations is a must to secure a spot to dine in unless you’re willing to be on the waiting list if someone cancels it We also tried other dishes like Pork Krapow, squid with salted egg and Tomyam Nam Sai. Mind you, the tomyam spiciness level is not your ordinary one’s cause it’s literally burning(I have high spicy tolerance but this is 🔥🔥🔥🌶️🌶️🌶️ The staff was so friendly and kind that they checked to see if the spiciness level is ok but it’s really burning and they offered to remake it for us and separate the chilli so we can add it to the level of our preference.
