You ent got a scooby the door has been fitted in twist hence why the door has ended up being moulded into a bent shape moving the hinges and putting a level on the slap won’t sort it

Pack the latch side of the frame outward. Re fix and it’ll pull top and bottom in

Common problem with rock/composite they are also bad for discolouring and the door manufacturers only give you a 1 year warranty

so you're saying the door has warped but clearly there's an installation fold on the frame both easily corrected but not with the new door that's extreme

that's bowed within tolerance, you should have moved the frame to suit the door. it's composite, they all move in time

Hi @Aidyscape I’m on a Redrow estate and I’ve got a draught from the front door. They’ve checked weather strip and it’s tight. Inside of door to touch is freezing and it’s sticking out like this one?

That doesn’t need a new door that just needs you to take the trims off, move the frame top and bottom . Move the keeps . Then put the trims back. Job done. That door will go back to the posit
