@emilyscooking_: EGG IN A BASKET 🥚🧺 Fancy something different for breakfast? Try this out! 🤤 Tips- • Cut the corners of your slice of bread and form a basket as shown in my reel. I know you don't need to do this but it holds the egg better and it also looks nicer ☺️ • Use a spoon or your finger tips to flatten the center of the bread. • Spray the air fryer basket with some oil and place the bread in at this point. I should have done this because it's much easier. It was a bit tricky after cracking the egg on the bread! 🤦🏾‍♀️ • Brush with butter or garlic butter. • Sprinkle some cheese if you wish! • Crack your egg in the middle and sprinkle some seasoning on top. • Cook at 180°C for roughly 8 minutes for a yolky egg, more for a well done yolk.
