Seoul Soul BBQ, located on Western Ave in Koreatown, has delicious meats, unique sides, and *tons of parking* — plus they’re open past midnight every night! AYCE menus start at $31.99/person, but I got Option C which includes all the premium cuts for $57.99/person. Honestly, it was so worth it just to try their signature Seoul Soul Short Rib Steak, aka Woodae Galbi. Woodae Galbi is a bone-in rib that’s taken from only the middle three ribs of the cow, so it’s known for being one of the most tender and flavorful cuts. And y’all, it did not disappoint! Another standout dish was the Buldak Noodle Corn Cheese. This is an additional charge on top of the AYCE price, but it’s a MUST try. It combines the classic KBBQ side of corn cheese with the iconic Korean Buldak ramen noodles for a sweet and spicy explosion! They also have all the classics, like Brisket, Bulgogi, and Steamed Egg.
