@kennylsong: kimchi jjigae for the soul 😮‍💨 - learned to make this while i was in korea Hits extra hard cuz its raining so damn much in toronto during this holiday szn :( this is how i made it: - season stewing meat w salt - fry til brown, add in some minced garlic - add in fermented/sour kimchi and fry together - add in onions, green onions - pour in kimchi juice and anchovy broth/bone broth/some kind of umami stock - simmer for a lil while - season with soy sauce, sugar - add in tofu, spam, pea shoots, or whatever ur tongue desires - top with green onion, sesame seeds, or sesame oil - dip your rice and burn your tongue :) #EasyRecipes #koreanfood #asianfood #stew #kimchi #rain
