This year is coming to close and I can’t think of a better way to bring in the new year then highlight a few of my favorite places to see in the Pacific Northwest for 2024 🩵 *Save for a future road trip!* ☀️ Visit Mount Rainier National Park come Summer in Washington! Beautiful wildflowers, lakes and mountain scenery await! 🎢 Pit stop at the cute little Bavarian town of Leavenworth, WA! There’s a fun adventure park with the only alpine roller coaster in the US! Also great food and mountain views! 🌲Olympic Peninsula is a beautiful spot to stop along hwy 101! My favorite stops here are Tongue point, Kalaloch beach and Quinault rainforest! 🌼 Come Spring the Eastern side of Washington drapes its hillsides with beautiful wildflowers! Gorgeous contrast with the mountains there! Some of my favorite places to see them are Sage Hills and the Wenatchee highlands! 🌲 Can’t see Washington without a trip over Deception Pass! A cool bridge that connects Whidbey island and Fidalgo island! And yes! Washington has a lot of islands! 🍁 Come Fall time I would suggest to visit the North Cascades in Washington! Beautiful Fall foliage and golden larch trees adorn the towering peaks of this beautiful park! 🌊 Head town the Oregon coast and stop at Cannon beach! Definitely hit the beach at sunset! 🏝️ San Juan Islands in Washington is one of my favorite destinations! You can tour the islands, hopping ferry to ferry. I recommend to take a week to do this trip. 🌲 My favorite area of Oregon is the Columbia River Gorge! Dozens of trails with cascading waterfalls, high mountain views and beautiful mossy forests. This gorgeous area you just can’t miss! 🌲 Olympic National Park by far, is my favorite area in Washington! From the dramatic peaks of the Olympic Mountains to old-growth forests, to beautiful ocean beaches, you will find yourself enchanted by this beautiful area!
