I got acne bcs using comedogenic products and got fungal acne bcs living in humid country..now i just stop using moisturiser bcs my country humid

I have tried EVERYTHING. Topicals, antibiotics, spiro and now they’re offering accutane. It’s a last resort but don’t think I want to try it now 😫 these comments

I've struggled with hormonal acne for 10 years and the topical external medications don't work. the only think that worked is birth control pills but they caused alot of side effects for me.
