you should get a cloud nine straightner. mine has this vibration thing to protect against breakage so you can hold it on the hair longer

I've lived in London 14 years. London at this time of year is not the best. Crowds of sales shoppers, not much daylight, Christmas is done and New Years eve is hectic and expensive.

When u straighten it you just need to straighten it from the roots down

Thin sections and hold the straightener for longer. I also comb through my curls first with a fine tooth comb

You need to section your hair and start at the roots and clamp down for longer.
