It’s one of the more unique things you can do in all of Orange County - there is no other place like it. The Trust Dinner party is a 12ish course meal with 18ish people in an exclusive little private room in Santa Ana. Chef Kyle and his team prep new things for you to eat every single time you go - it’s never the same twice. We got fried parmesan quail egg, uni pasta, the most refreshing salad, perfect fish, scallops, meats - the courses are all beyond. They are matched up with expert wine pairings from their sommelier. You end the night with dessert, and always a kouign-amann, which is the most delectable pastry of butter and sugar and flaky layers you’ll ever put in your face. They also have fun themed nights that seem super fun to try, and even have “Trust Lite” as a more affordable option with 9 courses at 175. Right now they’re doing a “Explore the World of Tins” series where you go through cans of fish curated by chef Kyle, who curated a list of over 160 tins of fish at one of his restaurants - the largest tinned seafood collection in New England.
