@_lacebakes_: Replying to @Anam Akhtar Whole Wheat Focaccia 🌾 So many of you have asked if you can use whole wheat flour for focaccia dough, and the answer is YES! You do need to adjust your expectations of the results when working with 100% whole wheat flour - the focaccia will be slightly denser, a little less crispy and will normally have fewer bubbles inside. It will still be absolutely delicious though - nutty, squidgy and satisfying 🙌🏼 Here are the measurements and oven temps to accompany the tutorial: 465ml warm water 5g (1 teaspoon) honey, sugar or agave 6g (1.5 teaspoons) instant yeast 15ml (1 Tablespoon) extra virgin olive oil 500g whole wheat flour* 10g (2 teaspoons) fine sea salt *you can also use 50% white bread flour and 50% whole wheat flour, just reduce the water to 445ml.
