@dearalyne: It’s easy to dismiss these end of the year “trends” but there really is something to taking the time to reflect on what you experienced this year 🥂 Especially lately I’ve been living day by day. IN THE MOMENT as they say. Things I did a few months ago seem like it was a different person. Things I did six months ago seem like a different life. I watch these clips of me in Afghanistan, meeting a hero, @janegoodallinst , hosting @dearalyneretreats - but was I there? Was I present? I definitely think the most important thing I learned this year, despite all the career growth, was about Meditation. Anxiety has ruled a lot of my life. Meditation has helped it slow down, and even temporarily stop 🛑 I think I never actually lived. I think this year is the first time I’m learning how to. Here’s to being you, to truly living, and being your own version of happy 🥂 Thank you to everyone who has helped me, messaged me, or listen to my long ass voice messages along the way ✨😂
