@vonnienono: DIY Confetti Popper 🎉🎉🎉 If you need a last minute activity that is quick and easy that is also perfect for celebrating the New Year… Grab the following: Toilet paper rolls Tape Scissors Ballons Materials for decorating (paper, stickers, tape, markers, paint) Filler (Pom poms, confetti) Just tie the end of a ballon and cut the round top end off. Insert balloon over the end of the tp roll and tape down fully. Then decorate it how you like with whatever materials you like (I used paper and washi tape). Fill with fillers like Pom poms or confetti. To make your own confetti, get some construction or scrapbooking/craft paper and a hole puncher.
